AutoCAD 2013 help file

Hiya

Can someone give me the link to help for AutoCAD 2013? I have one (http://docs.autodesk.com/ACD/2013/ENU/) but it doesn't have an index, only a search function. It would be nice to be able to see what I have found in the index of all pages.

Also this help seems, well, incorrect. For example under the page To Adjust the Appearance of an Underlay With the Properties Palette it says to double click the underlay to getthe properties pallette but nothing happens when I double click my underlay.

Also on the page To Clip an Underlay fg it says to start with the Contextual Tab. Perhaps it is just me but I cannot find this.

Please help me with proper help!
