gps points into an autocad drawing

Hello,

I have a handheld gps with about 15 points saved. I need to put these points into excel, convert them to x,y coordinates then import them into CAD. I have not found a solution that has worked yet. I am new to CAD and need a clear step by step process for doing this please.
