One of our users started experiencing AutoCAD crashing
Windows is up to date, AutoCAD is on SP2
I've tried disabling hardware acceleration, disabled all non-Microsoft services and all startup programs including several other things I can't think of off of the top of my head
After none of that worked I replaced the hard drives and did a fresh install yesterday but AutoCAD started crashing again today
The last time it crashed the user was trying to copy and paste something
The user is also using an HP Designjet T620 with the Universal PCL5 driver
The PC specs are:
Dell Precision T3600
Quad core Xeon processor
16GB of RAM
Nvidia Quadro 600
Also had a PERC H310 RAID controller but I tried taking that out to see if that was causing some sort of bottleneck
Anybody have a suggestion on what to do?
