Radius\Diam arrows

When quoting an Arc with it's Radius, I'm having problem with the pointing of the arrow !

It is always pointing toward the inside of the arc (center), but I want it to point from the center out and having the texte at the end of the cote line on the outside of the arc.

I've tried different option in the Quote Style (''Gestionnaire de Style de quote'' in french) for the Radial dim. but the arrow  is still pointing inward ?

I'm a student and even my teacher has not yet figure it out.
