Editing geometrical tolerance box ?

I tried editing the content (text) of a Geometrical Tolerance Box ? but the usaual don't work.

I tried double clic, Properties, right clic ....

Is there some command or icon that i did not see?

I have attach a drawing so someone can try it and tell me if it's my cmuter options or somthing else that is wrong.
