Object fields report incorrect position

Hello everyone,

I am going crazy looking for the error in this drawing someone asked me to look over. I have attached it (AutoCAD R2014).

I have placed several object fields in this drawing (for blocks, even a node), and asked for an x position. I got one, but they are all slightly off.

Any ideas?
