Hi,
I'm writing on behalf of one of my client. He has a problem when he's using AutoCAD Mechanical 2014 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook etc) at the same time.
When AutoCAD Mechanical 2014 (or Autodesk Inventor) is running, and client wants to replay an e-mail, an critical error is showing. The same situation is when customer wants to open Excel spreadsheet when AutoCAD is running.
Client has two identically computers. First works fine with no issues, second one still has problems which I mentioned before.
System configuration:
- Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit
- MS Office 2010 Home & Business.
- Autodesk Product Design Suite Premium 2014
- Antyvir: Eset NOD32 Businees Suite
Actions which were made and didn't help:
- Autodesk Suite reinstall
- OS reinstall
- Eset NOD32 turning off
- Reinstall AutoCAD using other installator
- Switch graphic card and RAM between computers to exclude hardware from suspicions
- Copy register keys between computers (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office)
Nothing helps. Changing computer isn't possible becouse issues appear only with ADSK software.
