CTB files unrecognized version and cannot be read

I've recently upgraded to AutoCADlt 2014 and I've run into an issue with bringing in CTB, PC3, and PMP files from my previous version (2010).  It's giving me a error message "unrecognized version and cannot be read".  Any help?
