I am running AutoCAD 2013 on my Lenovo ThinkPad laptop with Windows 7. I have an NVIDIA Quadro 1000M version 268.71 video card. I have not made any changes to my computer (but my husband may have) since I last used AutoCAD (successfully) about a week ago, and now I keep receiving Fatal Error messages. The first one read:
Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xbfab5cc8 Exception at ee587bh9h
the next one read:
Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xbfa446e8 Exception at edcc7bd9h
I didn't start noting down what the first few error messages said hoping that it was just a one time glitch, but after the 5th Fatal Error in 20 minutes, I started taking notes.
I couldn't find those exact error messages in any of my searches, but similar errors had to do with video card drivers. I hate to make those kind of changes unless I know that really is the problem. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Michele
