General Question Regarding File Removal (Beta Programs)

I have just a general question regarding"File Removal" of the Beta Programs.

Normally I would only post on the Beta Forum however it has been "locked" to read only and it looks like the NDA is not in effect at this moment,  (per the email March, 2013). If I am wrong to ask this question please let me know or remove this post.

In the past there would have been a "File Removal" app to go with the beta's after the expiration however there was no app this year, (our expiration was  May 31st). Does anyone know if there will be any associated problems with removing the beta's "Manually" this year?
