Pixels per Unit

I have a new company logo to insert into our border. The logo should be 5"X1" to fit in the spot I want. The logo is an image that has been scaled to 300 pixels by 72 pixels which according to my logo provider, should equate to the size I want. When I xref the image into autocad (scale:1)this equates to a 1" X 3/16" image. Is there a way to specify how many pixels equate to a unit in autocad?
