A drawing of 8.5MB appears on the preview and opens with nothing inside,
This is the second time I’m reporting this issue regarding dwg files that appears on the preview but open improperly.
In the attached screenshots, part of the dwg file is shown through the preview window but when open, nothing is found inside. The file can be found from the link below

What might be the issue here?
