xaml extended help problem

Hi,

Using Autocad 2014 french version , I want to add xaml extended help files for my own commands

I have 2 probleme

1 - then using textblock control , if I use accentued characters (é for exemple) , the help do not appair

     How canI use accents (in french , it is imperative

2 - the xaml file is referenced by an absolute path inside the cuix file, how can I use a relative path ?
