Hatch does not appear correct

Hi

  I have this drawing will all hatches, the red hatch in the middle is the same hatch around it, ANSI34, with scale of 120. just becuase the boundary is too small it show as SOLID. I think this should be a bug. Does anybody see something similar? How to fix it?
