Output coordinates of point or block

Hi.

Do anyone know of a way to automatically output a point into a table. For instance having a table searching for a spesific block referance or point inside a block or external referance and submitting this into a table with x,y coordinates?

I make a lot of civil drawings and sometime i need to list up relevant coordinates. In stead of manually plotting these in a table i would like to list them up automatically.

Any suggestions?
