I have multiple floorplans and section cuts for a large building that I am trying to ultimately trying to extract information in gbxml form for EnergyPro for energy use calculations. The only two methods I know of is to 1) manually input data in EnergyPro, or 2) use the floorplans to create a 3D model in Revit, create Revit MEP ducts, etc, and then convert it to gbXML. Both of these methods will take a long time. Information I need to extract includes: duct types, wall thickness, wall material, windows, and more.
Given the AutoCAD floorplans/sections, there a faster method to obtain the gbXML info that I want?
