Open Dialog Box Text Color

I realize this may be more for windows, but maybe someone here knows.
I am trying to change the font color of the "folder" names in left side of the "Open Drawing" dialog Box. Currently the text is white on a light grey background, whereas the font color for the file names and folders in the center section is black on white and much easier to read.

Thanks for any ideas, workarounds or furthering my hatred for Windows.
