Inserting blocks. Scaling mode: "Autoscaled" vs. "Antiscaled"

OK, new company, new things to learn...

I'm inserting symbols into our drawings, and for the Scaling Mode, the macro automatically chooses "Antiscaled" when inserting.  While entering in the commands of the macro one by one I noticed that there's a choice between "Autoscaled" and "Antiscaled".  What do those options do?
