Issue with AutoCAD 2013 Install

Hi, I attempting to install AutoCAD 2013 but i keep getting the folowing message:

Exception in acmgd.dll ARX Command

Unhandled Exception E0434352 (e0434352h) at address 665B811 Ch

I press ok and then get:

Unhandled Exception 22A1E20  (e0434352h) at address 665B811 Ch

The 2 x Ok's and i get:

The customization file you are attempting to open is invalid. Select a different customization file and try again.

I then get:

AutoCAD Error Aborting

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e043452h Exception at 665b811ch

It then crashes.
