help whith an error

the product that i download is 3d studio max but when i run the product appears an error that says "file not found:C:\Program files\Autodesk Shared\Adml\R7\en-US\webdepot\RTEaseReAuthBeguinReg.html"

but the folder en-US dont appear in this ubication
