 I’m frustrated

Hey,

I am trying to uninstall x2 AutoCAD packages (2011 and 2012), so then I can re-download the program. To see if it solves my problem. But I keep recieving this message:  '' Uninstaller has detected that you have an active AutoCAD instance running on this computer. Please close all active instances of AutoCAD bef ''

What happened:

I thought I had sucessfully uninstalled my AutoCAD 2012. (The program wasn't working, it just bounced on the desktop and wouldn't load).

So I decided to re-install 2011 AutoCAD for MAC. But AutoCAD 2012 also decided to reappear. (Which now leaves me with two AutoCAD's not working) grhh.

I have AutoCAD 2011 and 2012 on my MAC. Which just keep bouncing on my desktop. (I am clueless to why the program won't open, the 2012 version did once work).

I tried to delete AutoCAD 2012, but I receive this message :

''Uninstaller has detected that you have an active AutoCAD instance running on this computer. Please close all active instances of AutoCAD before Uninstallation can continue.''

If anyone could help, to why the program is bouncing on the desktop and not allowing me to open the program.

Or

How to prevent this message appearing when tying to uninstall one of the programs.

I would really appreciate any help, as its driving me insane!!!!

Kirst
