Medium Resolution Image Library

I installed AutoCAD 2014 64bit with all components.

If I start to render my model in different zoomfactors there will be the message "Autodesk medium image library is not installed".

I can choose between three options. One of it is to install that library.

But it doesn´t work, there is no library for AutoCAD 2014.

I tried every step I found in online help...I installed the other library as well in the required order!

The problem is everything will be rendered well till a special zoomfactor...so it seems to be the missing library.

Does anybody know what to do or where to download?
