Installing on different networks

Hello!.

I Have a Autodesk Education Master Suite 2013(networked) with 125 seats available. I have two computer rooms in two different places, ie, they are different networks with no connection between them.

My question:

Is it possible to install 100 seats in one network and the last 25 seats to install in another network? In the deplyoment process can I use the single server model for each network?
