Ignored Regions

Hello all, 

I'm Michael, new to this forum, and i stumbles upon a massprop command issue. After selection a multiple regions of walls to determine the collective area, the massprop sreen affirmed that 10 regions were ignored. Can anyone enlighten why these specific regions were ignored and if it is possible a way to correct this if correction is possible.
