Dynamic Block - Explode Reqd Before Use

Hi folks,

I've create a dynamic block for a canadian speed limit sign.

It has a different visibility parameter for each speed limit.

When I insert the block into a drawing, I am required to explode the block once before having access to the visibility parameters I've made.

Is there a way to avoid having to explode the block? Block attached.
