Double-click middle button for Zoom Extents not working

Hello,

Got a user with a fairly new install of AutoCAD 2014.

Same computers as everybody else.

Same mouse as everybody else.

His middle scrool button works as expected for Zoom In/Out and Pan.

Double-click the middle button for Zoom Extents and nothing happens.

Would anyone have an idea what might be the problem.

Is there a variable or setting somewhere that can turn off double-click to zoom extents.
