Truetype font issues

ACAD 2011 per the client we have to use CFRACT.shx, CSIMPLEX.shx, XSIMPLEX.shx  &  eras medium itc.ttf and that one might be the problem.  The truetype you have to install in the ACAD FONT folder but when I open or insert a border with the font in the title block you can see it at zoom, extents but when you zoom in it disappears.  Any help I do appreaciate the help, Thank you in advance.   BeavHunter
