page setup not saving

Hi all

Im having issues keeping page setups. we have a new hp T2500 plotter in the server, so im setting it up.

i have a template file (dwt) that i keep the page setups in, as normal i setup the printer, close page setup, save and close dwt file, reopen it and they have vanished again. (all old printers and print to pdf page setups are still there though, just the new ones disappear)

Any ideas would be greatly appriciated .
