walk and fly - how to bypass??

Hi there,

student using 2013 version. Ive been working on some elevations and just now when i went to work on it, i clicked on Pan and a box has popped up asking if i would like to switch to walk and fly. i  have no idea what that is, been using CAD for a year and that never came up in class or even when i was working on assignments. how can i bypass it? it takes forever to load and when i try and hit cancel, the box closes and then ill try and pan again and then the stupid box pops up again. ahhhhhh please help. i need to get back to working on my assignemnts.

EDIT:i went into options and under 3d modeling clicked "never" for walk and fly. 

also now whatever i do, the stupid box keeps popping up.
