Icon Showing only

I had to reinstall AutoCad 2014 after the reinstall when I save a drawing the it no longer shows the drawing as an icon only the dwg icon.

To start I would like it state that the preview window works fine.

Next I have tried:
I have gone into tools and checked the thumbnail settings, reset my proflie, checked the windows folder settings and also checked if the "KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R19.1\ACAD-B001:409\Profiles\your profile\Dialogs\Select File - PreviewVisible = 1"Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view.. Explorer also shows only the Icon. The preview window does show the preview.
Note only newly saved files shows only the icon.
