AutoCAD LT 2014 glithes at geo-localization

Hello,

My AutoCAD LT 2014 has an issue. Each time I am trying to set marker at the localization menu, the windows glithes and turns gray. I can close it ,but when I am reopening the window is still gray and I cannot do anything about it. After closing CAD (it closes normally) , always the error notification pops out.
