recovery settings in autocad 2013

hello,I needtechnical information onAutoCAD2013/2014.

I ama computer technician,andI have to changethe computerfrom one of myagents.it usesautocad2013WindowsXP32bit, and I need to replacehis computerwith a new onethat will berunning Windows 764-bitwithAUTOCAD2014. 

is it possible to recover itsconfigurationsinAUTOCAD2013 andinjecting it underAUTOCAD2014?
