2015 Match Properties - new flashing look !

hi ....is there a way to turn off the flashing/highlighting when you hover over items whan matching?......I find this very annoying....if I am matching something that is on a red layer, as a I move over various items/hatches/texts etc everythingl flashes red on/off/on/off......auugghhh
