I've run into a scaling issue when plotting patterns at full 1:1 scale. It appears that my plotter (HP Designjet 110Plus nr) is plotting my 2D drawings at about 99.75% of actual scale so that when I print off a copy to fit to my customers pattern, it will be plotted slightly smaller than it actually is. As a result, when I forward the drawing to my manufacturer, it is larger than the printed pattern. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I have checked to ensure no scaling command is in use (shrink to, fit to, %) and have tried both portrait and landscape settings. It seems to lose about 1/32" per foot.
