Problem with Parameters Manager in ACAD2014

Hello,

I am having an issue getting the parameters manager window to display while using the block editor. I am almost certain it is due to the fact I am using the classic workspace because I can get it to show if I use the standard workspace. Another interesting note, when I attempt to use the "-parameters" command while in bedit, autocad tells me "-parameters not available in block editor." I don't think parameters are disabled in the block editor (to be honest, im not sure why you would even need parameters if you arent making blocks with them) Does anybody have any ideas?
