Cannot Plot Images in 2014 AutoCAD

We have updated from 2013 to 2014 AutoCAD last week and have lost our ability to print images (logo's) using sheet set manager. We are able to plot, make pdf's, dwf's using 2014 sheet set manager, but the images are just empty boxes. We can print drawings one at a time and the images (logo's) show fine. The images are mainly jpg's and tiff files. We do have a pdf background inserted into a drawing that will not print as well using sheet set manager. This started with only two computers and now this has hit five machines in just a few days. Any help would be appreciated.
