Auto Cad 2013 startup dialouge box

Hi

I used auto cad 2007 until 2011, But I am working with auto cad 2013 right now. there was an option in 2007 start up dialouge box it always useful to me. In 2013 that option is not working.It is very diffuclt to start new drawing on my own architectural or imperial drawing sheet

how can i activate startup dialo8uge box liek auto cad 2007 in auto cad 2013?
