Need help with hektare grid

Hi :)

For my "structural exercises" on the university, I have to make a surveying map which has to include a grid with hectares, so I need to generate a 100x100m raster. The raster should also include the X and Y coordinates. I've seen it on other plans, there's only a little cross every 100 or 10 or 5 meters, so no actual raster with lines all over the plan but those little crosses with "y=260.00, x=244300.00" etc.

Could you tell me how to do this in Autocad? That would really be helpful!!! I am a beginner in AutoCAD so maybe you could explain the steps for a dummie like me ;)
