Reading dxf problem with table and polyline

When I try to open the dxf file created by my custom software in ACAD  I get

Invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded.

I assume I am doing something wrong while creating the dxf, 
but I can not figure out what it is. Can you help me?
