PDF multi-sheet: objects printing in correct location on wrong page

I have a 15-layout file that I have set up to publish to multi-sheet DWF using DWG to PDF.pc3 plotter. At first glance, everything looks OK, but I found some lines and letters printed in the correct location on the page after the page that they should have printed (see attached sample file). Anybody have or hear of this issue?
