2015 Plot Preview Extremely slow

Hello,

We are having problems with two new PCs that have just been upgraded to AutoCAD 2015, from Architecture Desktop 2006. On one PC, when we perform a plot preview, it takes anywhere from 1-4 minutes to load the preview, and then another 1-4 to start the plot job.

The second PC is a little faster. On 2006 the print previews and jobs ran MUCH faster.

Just as a note, on the PC that previews faster, the preview loads up a white background with black lines, and the slower PC renders a black preview with white lines. I dont know if this signifies some sort of difference in rendering.

It does this no matter what plotter is selected, regardless if it's hardware or a PDF writer.

I have cleared the Plotters folder, made sure background plotting is disabled, and have tried disabling system printers.

I found the help section of the PREVIEW command references the 3DCONFIG command. I have run this and generated a Tuner Log from each PC.

The only differences between the two logs is that the faster PC has more entries under the Process Information > Loaded ARX and CRX Modules section at the bottom.

Modules on the faster PC and not the slower:

acopm.arx
Acpi.arx
acobjclassimp.arx
AcOcSchemaUtil.arx
acopmext.arx
AcPEXCtl.arx
acplotgui.arx
acpltstamp.crx
acjscorestub.crx

Does this have anything to do with it? Can I load these modules manually if they're supposed to be loaded? Does anyone have any ideas?

Official Autodesk support seems basically nonexistant.

THANK YOU for any ideas or tips. Troubleshooting this issue has been extremely time consuming.
