VIEWBASE - inventor server failed to load

All,

I have looked up the error listed above in the forums, and tried all the solutions, and I still receive the error.  Now, I have AutoCAD 2012-2015 installed on my machine, and it works only in 2015.  Does anyone know if AutoCAD 2015 is somehow breaking all the other versions?  And if so, whats the solution?  Machine specs listed below.

Windows 7 64-bit

Video Quadro FX 1GB

16GB RAM
