AutoCAD 2014 Open File Window - Colour Schemes

Hi, just want to know how (if possible) to change the colours of the background or font in the Open File pop-up window, specifically the shortcuts area down the LH Side (White text, light blue background as per my attached pic). I cant seem to find it under the Display settings ...
