Open file path (on command line)

Hello All,

I have v2015 just installed.  I cannot open or find a file through explorer folder view, I only get the command line asking for location.  I cannot figure out where the setting is or how it changed.  I migrated everything over from v2014.....btw.

This happens on Insert | Attach also (so far as I know)
