drawing not visible

I use the copy and paste clipboard option to bring the text to
in drawing (DWG) me. Annotative text on one scale and brought to
New DWG (a model) that has a different annotative scales.
When I brought in the text, it comes too large, so I
scale correctly. It does not show up in paperspace viewport, even
think it is in the model space. I did the text property
and does not allow me to change the annotative scale text. I
sure this is a simple fix, but what is it? any help
will apprectiated
