Metric dimensions (m) in Autocad

Hello

I have created my drawing in metres (using acadiso template) and I need to set up the dimensions in metres.

But, the dimensions, arrow head, text,etc appear larger than the drawing itself. If i had drafted in mm, this would be ok; the problem arises only when i draft in m.

Is there any way to reduce the dimensions, text, arrow, etc to fit in ?
