Good morning,is the first timeI purchaseautodeskproduct, in this case,AutocadCivil 3D2013and2012.

For 5days I have notbeen able to usethe product asalwaysafter theinstallation,everything is going well, even whenI try to opensome filesfrom mygraduationprojectand I seethat immediatelycomestogiveerroralertwiththe following description:

The alertis alsogeneratedwhen you create anew file,thensave itand reopen it, Iskipthe error.

I beg, I need tofinish this jobandI havenowhere to do it,the project filesare fine,and theprobeon other computersand they work fine.

I reinstalledWindows OSseveral timesand cleaned7x64fullhard drivesand the problem continues, I downloadedAutodesk productsagainand the problem persists.

Do notknow what else todo.
