Plot Styles *.ctb

Hi,

I have set up my lineweights in CTB but for the lineweights to appear in the printout i need to check plot object lineweights.  How can i fix this?  I am using AutoCAD 2013 on my machine.  I have also C3D 2013 and AutoCAD 2011 installed on the same machine but still have the same error.
