I've seen many posts on this, and am looking to see if anyone has done better than manipulating visretain.
The issue is I modify a linetype in an xref, and want my sheets to get the change.
I find it very odd that an xref's linetype is actually stored in a sheet, once the xref is attached. I would expect that since the linetype name shows as "somexref|somelinetype" that means its coming from the xref.
Anyway, is there a way to tell the current drawing to reload an xref linetype, possibly with .net?
