Using my .cui file

Please bear with me for I have little to no knowledge of AutoCAD. I use a program which is based on AutoCAD. I can use my program but that's about the limit of my abilities. I have a new computer and have loaded 2011 version and have created a .cui file. I have found the acad.cui file and placed mine in that location. My problem is that I do not know how to have AutoCAD use mine as the default. I did it when using 2007 but do not remember how it's done.

I really need your help because without it I will not be able to work.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
